Who we are

Kayan is a financial technology company registered in Jordan, based in Amman. This policy covers the website kayan.global. The portals and applications that institutions run on Kayan are covered by each institution's own privacy terms, because the institution is the controller of that data and Kayan processes it on the institution's behalf.

What this website collects

The contact form. When you request a walkthrough we ask for your name, work email, organisation, organisation type, areas of interest and an optional message. Submitting the form opens an email in your own email application addressed to info@kayan.global; nothing is stored on this website's server.

Language preference. The site does not use cookies. It may remember your language choice in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type, time) for security and operations. These are retained for a limited period and not used to profile you.

What we do with it

We use the details you send us only to reply to you and to arrange the walkthrough you asked for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who run our email and hosting.

Analytics and third parties

This website does not run analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record the request in its own logs under Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@kayan.global. We will answer within one working day and act within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
